New in our portfolio: Axis transfers

Groupe CAT expanded its portfolio with the service of axis transfers. Nowadays, it is often necessary that drivers personally transfer single vehicles. In terms of logistics, this is called axis transfer.

As a traditional logistics company, we are specialized on vehicle transports via automobile transporters. But as of now, you also have trained teams of drivers at your disposal, who can realize axis transfers within 24 hours. We created this service as a response to specific requests of our customers. 

For the coordination of this service, our customers now have a professional call-centre to reach out to. The call-centre accepts orders of:

• leasing returns
• transfers of rental cars
• processing and modulation of rental cars
• collection and transfer to and from car dealerships
• and so on

The procedure: Our call-centre processes every axis transfer into our disposition. Date and time, departure and arrival, fuel content, vehicle condition and mileage are documented in writing by our trained staff. If you wish, the documentation can also be recorded electronically with our tablet computers. You can receive the data as well as the electronic take-over record with the corresponding photos in real-time and integrate them into your system.
