The system is based on a AS 400 platform and guarantees maximum security. There are interfaces to the IT systems of all European manufacturers. Communication takes place via all standard protocols (HTP, FTP, OFTP, e-mail etc.). Its flexibility allows customized solutions.
HAIS, our order and information system for dealers, is a web based software application for job control. The customer logs in and is able to see the vehicle fleet, to order transports, or to select from our wide range of supplementary services. Status inquiries with regard to services rendered and transports are another feature within this system.
Feedback on the transport status is given in real time – the data are transmitted from the integrated telematics-system. This enables the dispatchers to react flexibly and individually to customer requests, e.g. to directly change routes.
Our dispatchers are supported by ePlan, the so-called “graphical dispatch”, in which transportation orders are automatically taken over. By means of ePlan, the dispatchers can plan and monitor the transporters’ driving routes on the basis of various criteria, thus ensuring the planning of optimal routes and the strict adherence to the agreed delivery dates.
